Shipping Charges

You will see the shipping charge that is determined automatically before checkout when ordering online.

Shipping Policies ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. USPS is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.

When will my order be shipped?
If all items are in stock then usually your order will be shipped 1 to 2 business days. Otherwise it can take up to 4 or 5 business days for the shipment. We will contact you in a situation as this. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.

How to Ship to AK, HI and PR?
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail.
Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.

International Shipping
The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. We use USPS for all international shipments, unless costumer prefers there own shipping method like UPS.

Estimating Delivery Time for Order
Priority Mail takes about 3 to 4 business days for Domestic shipments and 1 to 3 business days for Express shipments. International delivery time varies.

Returning Merchandise

We take great care to assure you that the movements are new and in good working condition. Unfortunately, manufacturers do not guarantee replacement movements. Please inspect the movement upon receipt and before installation. If not completely satisfied, you may return the items for a full refund in in new condition and in it's original unmarked packaging. Any other warranty is between you and your customer. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. You must request an authorization number within 3 days of you receiving the item.To receive an authorization number, please complete return request form within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Refunds/Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you in a timely manner. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order. Credit or exchange will not be issued after 7 days.
